Fall Finale - PBR Showcase
On Saturday October 12th, the Windsor Selects organization (15u, 16u & 18u) will take part in a showcase event, coordinated by PBR Ontario. The event will have players evaluated and measured in skills, which will include: 60 yard dash, throwing velocity, exit velocity, and batting practice.
At the end of the PBR showcase, the day will conclude with a pair of scrimmage games beginning at approximately 1:00pm, when the 15u team plays the 16u team. Following that game, the 18u team will play the 16u team (approx 3:30).
The entire event will take place at Soulliere Field. Players should arrive at 8:30 to begin the registration process, and the event will begin at 9:00
There will be a parents meeting for the parents for all 3 teams at 9:30am at the park. The topics covered during the meeting will include: Registration fees, Strength & Conditioning program, Indoor workout schedule, season schedules, the college recruiting process.
It is suggested that players bring a lunch.
Please make sure all players dress appropriately, wearing their fall Selects t-shirts and plan accordingly for cool temps.
