Off-Season Workouts Set to Begin
The 15u Selects kick-off their off-season strength & conditioning program on Tuesday, November 5th at Limitless Training Centre.
This is the 3rd season for our 15u team at Limitless, where coach Paul McCrary will put our players through the paces, with a focus on technique, while building strength and improving speed.
The first session begins at 6:30, but players are asked to arrive at 6:00pm, in order to get registered, measured and weighed in.
